Purchases & Refunds
Check your card details (number, expiry, CVC) and billing address. Ensure your bank allows online or international payments and that you have sufficient funds. If your bank blocks the charge, contact them and try again. We process payments via Stripe — if Stripe declines the transaction you'll see an error message; try a different card or payment method. If the problem persists, contact support at hello@masteraiguide.com with a screenshot of the error and the time of the attempt.
Digital course and guide purchases are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t downloaded or consumed the full course material (exceptions may apply for bundles or subscription promotions). To request a refund, email hello@masteraiguide.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or where course access and materials were fully consumed.
On the course checkout page, enter your coupon code in the "Coupon / Promo code" field and click Apply before completing payment. The discount will update immediately in your order summary. Coupons may have expiration dates, usage limits, or apply only to specific courses—check the coupon terms. If the code doesn’t work, confirm it’s entered exactly (codes are case-sensitive) and contact support at hello@masteraiguide.com with the code and the course you’re trying to buy.
Making Courses
Go to your Dashboard > Profile (or Account Settings). Update your name fields and click Save. If your name is linked to billing details, also update billing info under Dashboard > Billing. If you cannot edit your name, contact support at hello@masteraiguide.com with your new name and account email.
Open any Master AI Guide email and click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom—this will opt you out of marketing emails. For more granular preferences (course updates, announcements, or transactional emails) go to Dashboard > Notifications or Account Settings > Email Preferences and toggle the options. If you still receive emails after unsubscribing, email hello@masteraiguide.com and we’ll remove you manually.
Go to Dashboard > Account Settings > Password. Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm it, then Save. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the Sign In page to request a reset email. If you don't receive the reset email, check spam/junk folders or contact support at hello@masteraiguide.com.
